• Return Conditions: The gemstone (such as Aqeeq, Feroza, or any other stone) must be in its original, unaltered, and undamaged condition.
• Refund Processing: Once the returned item reaches our facility and passes verification, your refund will be processed within 48 hours directly into your provided Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
